Agility Kids is a state-of-the-art gymnastics facility located in Temecula, CA, featuring over 33,000 sq. ft. of training space. We offer a wide range of recreational and competitive programs for children of all ages and skill levels.
From toddlers learning their first forward rolls to competitive athletes preparing for their next big meet, our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and inspiring environment that supports every child’s growth and development through the sport of gymnastics.

We’re looking for a Girls Recreational Gymnastics Coach who is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to make a positive impact in the gym. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and helping them grow through movement, discipline, and encouragement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach gymnastics fundamentals on floor, beam, bars, and vault to school-age recreational athletes
- Create a positive and structured learning environment that keeps students motivated and engaged
- Deliver clear, constructive feedback while maintaining a supportive and professional tone
- Encourage confidence, effort, and progress at every level of ability
- Maintain a safe and inclusive class setting where every child feels empowered to learn and have fun
What We’re Looking For:
- A coach who is passionate about working with kids in a recreational gymnastics setting
- Experience in gymnastics or coaching (preferred, but training is available for the right candidate)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to manage group classes with energy, structure, and enthusiasm
- A commitment to creating a welcoming and encouraging experience for all athletes
- Energetic, positive, and passionate about working with children
- Dependable and responsible team players who show up ready to lead
- Open to learning, growing, and training within our proven coaching system
- Able to communicate clearly and positively with children of all ages
- Comfortable leading groups of 5–8 students in a fun, fast-paced environment, while keeping children engaged
General Requirements
- Must meet the physical demands of coaching (standing, kneeling, spotting, lifting light equipment/mats)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must complete all USA Gymnastics requirements, including:
- Background check
- SafeSport certification
- Concussion awareness training
- Willingness to train under Agility Kids’ policies, programs, and coaching standards
- Availability for part-time shifts (16–20 hours/week), Monday–Saturday
