Insured Deposit Solutions Specialist
Agility 360 is searching for Insured Deposit Solutions Specialists for a 6-month contract role located in the Phoenix, AZ area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with banking operations and a strong attention to detail. Main job functions include operational processing, customer/account maintenance, workflow management, reconciliation of data, exception handling, and validation activities.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Routinely validate customer information, maintain accounts, update profiles, process changes, and ensure information matches across systems.
- Review setup forms & customer agreements
- Confirm required signatures and validate account information
- Compare documents against core system records
- Identify missing information & escalating discrepancies
- Manage high-volume work queues while meeting service levels
- Compare data between systems
- Validate setup forms, review agreements and account relationships
- Confirming rate structures and exclusions
- Following procedures exactly and document everything, maintain compliance standards
- Professional communication with clients via email
- High School Diploma, or GED equivalent required
- At least 1 years of banking / deposit operations experience required
- Treasury Management and/or Commercial Banking Operations experience preferred
- Experience with Jack Henry, Fiserv, or similar core systems
- FIS IBS or IDS experience preferred
- Account maintenance experience
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow step-by-step procedures
- Ability to review and validate documentation
- Strong data entry accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Strong written communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Position requires all forms of dexterity/mobility which may include extended periods of sitting/standing. May occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty-five pounds (25 lbs.) or occasionally more.
- May be required to drive for business purposes and must hold a valid driver’s license in good standing and maintain personal auto insurance in compliance with local or state requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy, or distracting environment.
DETAILS:
- Pay rate: $21-$25/hr (based on experience)
- 6-month contract, possibility for extension based on business needs
- Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (with availability to work weekends & holidays, as needed)
- Location: Phoenix, AZ (fully onsite)
