What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Client Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and consumer clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Provide end-to-end support for digital banking and treasury management services, including:
  • ACH Payments
  • Wire Transfers
  • Remote Deposit Capture
  • Positive Pay & Reverse Positive Pay
  • Online Banking Platforms
• Educate clients on products, services, and system functionality while providing a best-in-class customer experience.

Solve Complex Problems

• Research and resolve a variety of client inquiries using multiple systems and resources.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and determine the most effective resolution.
• Manage time-sensitive situations with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
• Escalate unresolved concerns appropriately while maintaining client confidence and expectations.

Build Strong Internal & External Partnerships

• Collaborate with operations, treasury management, and banking teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Serve as an advocate for clients while balancing risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Document client interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records.

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Share knowledge and best practices with teammates.
• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and training initiatives.
• Stay current on banking products, policies, compliance requirements, and digital banking enhancements.

Maintain Compliance & Security

• Follow all customer authentication and verification procedures.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements while safeguarding client information.
• Ensure all client interactions align with bank policies and risk management standards.

Qualifications

Required

• 1 years of experience in customer service, banking operations, treasury services, payments, financial services, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred

• Experience in a call center, banking, financial services, treasury management, or payment processing environment.
• Knowledge of consumer and small business banking products and services.
• Experience supporting ACH, wires, online banking platforms, cash management, or treasury products.
• Experience working with CRM systems and multiple technology platforms.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
