The Role: Territory Executive
The Territory Executive drives growth within a defined territory by expanding capital equipment sales and delivering MTM services, including Rental, Clinical Engineering, and Onsite Management. This role develops and executes strategic territory plans, builds strong customer relationships, and helps hospitals optimize equipment workflows to improve outcomes, efficiency, and patient care.
What You Will Do in This Role
• Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape within your territory
• Identify, qualify, and close capital equipment and service opportunities
• Communicate value clearly and persuasively to hospital stakeholders
• Position Agiliti’s MTM solutions to improve equipment utilization, reduce complexity, and enhance the patient experience
What You Will Need for This Role
• BS/BA in business, sales, or marketing
• 5 years of healthcare sales or related experience
• Experience in a team‑based selling environment preferred
• Services sales experience a plus
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
