What You Will Do in This Role?
- Serve as the clinical expert for all Agiliti BTS products and applications
- Train sales, operations, and internal teams (new hires, launches, campaigns)
- Educate sales teams on BTS strategies and campaigns
- Partner with product and marketing to develop training materials
- Lead customer product education for large implementations
- Act as the divisional resource for all BTS product questions
- Collaborate with divisional leaders to identify and deliver field training plans
What You Will Need for This Role?
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, PT, OT, or related healthcare field
- Wound care, falls, or safe patient handling certification preferred
- Experience training sales teams, ops teams, and healthcare providers
- Healthcare industry experience required
- Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
