Required Skills:
U.S. Citizenship required (No sponsorship).
Minimum 16 years of management experience, including military leadership experience.
Proven experience as a Program Manager supporting large, complex U.S. Government or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
Advanced knowledge of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (PMI) required.
Experience managing program budgets, schedules, staffing, contract performance, and risk.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience presenting to senior military, government, and executive leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance required (SCI eligibility preferred).
Preferred Background:
Experience supporting intelligence, defense, or national security programs.
Familiarity with the Solutions for the Information Analysis III (SIA III) contract.
Prior U.S. Military or Federal Government experience.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams supporting classified operations.
Willingness to work in or relocate to the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
