Agile Supply Chain Strategies is a fast-growing e-commerce facility that promotes a positive work experience for its employees. We are excited to hire an Outbound Wholesale Coordinator that will organize and manage the workflow for our team of trained Wholesale and Fulfillment Specialists. This position provides the opportunity to work at a desk but to also be active during the day. It is a combination of administrative office work as well as some light warehouse work. If you are someone who enjoys problem solving, critical thinking, and the ability to map out your own day, this position is for you. Understanding of order flow and sense of urgency is a must.
A typical schedule is Monday 7:00am-5:00pm and Tuesday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. (8-10hr shifts)
JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, CHARACTER
- Works with management to oversee and manage the daily workflows for our wholesale team.
- Manage order flow and ship dates to ensure accuracy and on time shipping
- Manage an email inbox mixed with internal and external communication.
- Work directly with our Outbound Fulfillment Manager to optimize processes and look for improvements.
- Good with verbal and written communication. This position is forward facing and works directly with clients.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
Experience
- 1-2 years, Order Management, Wholesale, or E-commerce experience
- Microsoft office experience (Excel a must)
- Good communications skills. Email and phone experience required
- An organized self-starter who excels at multi-tasking and time management
- Knowledge of SPS Commerce, Logiwa or Deposco a plus
Pay
- $17-$19. This department is expanding quickly and there is an opportunity to grow with it.
- Pay is based on experience, ability and attitude. We are willing to pay more for the right coordinator.
