Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at our distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties to ensure efficient operations, including handling inbound and outbound shipments and supporting daily fulfillment activities.
Duties
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving tasks
- Load and unload containers, whether floor loaded or palletized
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and reach trucks
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to fabricate and build products as needed
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines for safety and warehouse protocols
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a distribution center environment
- Proficiency in order picking and shipping/receiving processes
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (license required)
- Experience in container loading/unloading (floor loaded and palletized)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Mechanical knowledge for product fabrication and assembly
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
