Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Associate role based in Erlanger, KY, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Associate will engage with clients to promote and sell Agile Robotic Systems products, actively identify potential business opportunities, and foster relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, creating customized solutions, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role also requires tracking sales performance and staying informed about industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales principles, client relationship management, and lead generation
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in developing and delivering persuasive presentations and proposals
- Experience with technical sales in manufacturing, automation, or robotics is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with sales CRM tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
