Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Erlanger, KY, for a Field Services Engineer. The individual will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machine tool loading systems and robotic automation systems. Key responsibilities include performing diagnostics, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of systems. The role also involves interacting with customers to resolve technical concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience with Field Service and Troubleshooting, including the ability to conduct diagnostics and repair technical issues efficiently.
- Skills in providing Technical Support and ensuring proper system functionality following installations and repairs.
- Proficiency in conducting Preventive Maintenance to enhance system reliability and prevent downtime.
- Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively, address client concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Ability to work on-site and travel to client locations as required for installations and maintenance.
- Relevant experience or training in robotics, CNC systems, or automation is a plus.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field is preferred.
