Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly creative and detail driven Retail Visual Designer to bring our brand to life across physical retail environments. This role is responsible for designing compelling visual merchandising, in store displays, signage, and retail marketing assets that align with brand identity and enhance the customer experience.
You’ll collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, brand, sales, and operations to develop and execute innovative retail concepts that drive engagement and sales performance. From pop-up shops to permanent fixtures, your designs will make a bold impact where it matters most: at the point of purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging retail displays, POP/POS assets, signage, window graphics, end caps, and visual merchandising kits.
- Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, in store experiences that resonate with target consumers.
- Develop concepts, mockups, and 3D renderings for retail activations and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of visual designs.
- Work closely with print production teams to ensure quality control, color accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Stay current on industry trends, consumer behavior, and retail innovations to inform design direction.
- Participate in creative reviews and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or experiential marketing, including tester displays and gondola designs
- Strong portfolio showcasing in-store display, merchandising, and branded retail environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with SketchUp, Figma, or 3D software is a plus.
- Understanding of print production and environmental graphics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with CPG, lifestyle, fashion, or retail brands preferred.
- Location Requirement: Must be based in Texas.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for the role.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
