Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to execute product strategy and roadmap initiatives
- Translate business objectives into Epics, Features, and User Stories within Azure DevOps
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and ROI
- Collaborate with Agile teams to plan and deliver work through Program Increment (PI) planning
- Drive alignment across stakeholders, managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product improvements
- Ensure product delivery aligns with regulatory standards, business goals, and market needs
- Support process optimization, documentation, and scalability initiatives
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a SAFe Agile environment
- Strong background working with technology, data, and UX teams
- Experience managing large-scale initiatives or transformation programs
- Expertise in backlog management, roadmap planning, and value-driven prioritization
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
