Government Credentialing Specialist (Multiple Openings)
Location: Tennessee
Pay: $16-$19/hour, depending on experience/location
We're building a talent pipeline for an anticipated government support contract and are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support secure credentialing and enrollment operations, across multiple locations.

These roles are fully onsite, with openings in Memphis, Nashville, and Franklin TN.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting applicants through the credentialing process.
- Schedule appointments, assist walk-in visitors, and respond to phone and email inquiries.
- Review documents for accuracy and maintain confidential records.
- Use attention to detail to enter data and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
- Support credential enrollments, activations, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while following established security procedures.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer service, administrative, credentialing, or records management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Adaptable, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements
- Primarily seated office work with frequent computer use.
- Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
