At Access Data, we are seeking a Financial Analyst II to join a fast-paced finance team supporting planning, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives for our financial client. This role will play a key part in delivering actionable financial insights, supporting strategic initiatives, and building reporting infrastructure for technology-driven programs.

• 12-month W2 contract (potential to extend)
• Hybrid requirement (3 days/week in office) - initially will be fully onsite for training for the first 1-2 months
• Office location: Atlanta, GA (Buckhead)
• Only considering Atlanta Metro candidates
• Target Pay Rate: $33.00/hr
• Full-time hours, not a part-time contract opportunity
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Forecasting

• Support corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Assist with annual and long-range financial planning
• Partner with business units, operating segments, and functional teams
  
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports and business metrics
• Perform variance analysis on a monthly (and potentially weekly) basis
• Identify trends and provide insights to support decision-making
• Support monthly close and financial reporting processes
  
  

Initiative & KPI Tracking

• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for technology and tech-dependent initiatives
• Track financial actuals across multiple initiatives
• Partner with initiative owners to monitor KPIs and milestone progress
  
  

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality
• Support automation and enhancement of financial tools and processes
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing training related to financial systems and tools
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, consulting, or similar
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial drivers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
