You'll leverage your years of hands-on experience with Primavera and Oracle Primavera Cloud to design training programs, establish enterprise standards, and elevate an entire organization's scheduling capability.This is next-level scheduling for professionals who can create the frameworks, policies, and training that others will follow.About This RoleAgile Group is establishing a Center of Excellence for Scheduling to modernize how a major federal government client manages enterprise programs. We need a Master Scheduler who can:Design comprehensive training curriculaEstablish enterprise scheduling standards and governanceMentor federal schedulers and project teamsDrive the migration from legacy Primavera P6 to Oracle Primavera CloudIf you've spent your career thinking "I could redesign how this should be taught and practiced"—not just execute someone else's process—this role is for you.What You'll Actually DoDevelop and Deliver Advanced Scheduling TrainingCreate a comprehensive, real-world training program tailored to our federal client's needs. You'll build the curriculum from the ground up, develop all training materials, and deliver the course five times over the next year. This isn't off-the-shelf content—it's your expertise translated into a program that produces master schedulers.Establish the Center of ExcellenceDefine the scheduling standards, tools, policies, and governance frameworks that will guide work across the client's modernization portfolio. You'll create the playbook that balances technical rigor with practical implementation.Lead the Primavera P6 to Oracle Cloud MigrationGuide teams through the technical and organizational challenges of platform modernization. This requires deep knowledge of both systems and the ability to help organizations change how they work.Mentor Scheduling ProfessionalsServe as the expert advisor for project teams navigating complex scheduling challenges. Your role is to elevate their capabilities and help them solve problems independently.Brief Senior LeadershipTranslate schedule complexity into executive insights. Client leaders will rely on your analysis to make critical program decisions affecting billions in federal infrastructure and national security investments.Who Thrives in This RoleYou're an educator and strategist, not just a practitioner.You don't just know scheduling—you can articulate why certain approaches work and help others develop true mastery. You understand the technical architecture, best practices, and common pitfalls of both platforms.You're energized by building, not just maintaining.You want to create training programs, write policies, establish standards, and shape how an organization approaches scheduling—not just update task lists week after week.You understand federal programs.You've worked with federal agencies or DoD programs and understand the unique stakeholder dynamics, compliance requirements, and decision-making rhythms of government work.You're proactive and solutions-oriented.You identify issues early and bring recommendations, not just problems. You build trust through reliability, expertise, and results.You value rigor and standards.You believe in doing scheduling right, not just doing it fast. Requirements:Required Qualifications8 years of professional scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera CloudDemonstrated experience developing training materials, policies, or procedures related to project schedulingFederal government or DoD project experience (USACE, Navy, Air Force, or similar agencies strongly preferred)PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or equivalent certificationExperience with enterprise scheduling governance and standards developmentMust be U.S. citizen and able to pass federal background investigationPreferred QualificationsExperience teaching or delivering formal training programsOracle Primavera Cloud implementation or migration experiencePMP or other advanced project management certificationsExperience with scheduling maturity assessments or process improvement initiativesBackground in curriculum development or instructional designAgile Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
