🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance industrial process control hardware and software solutions.
- Support production hardware, software applications, SCADA systems, HMI applications, and LAN communications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient process control solutions.
- Optimize plant automation systems to improve reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, instrumentation, and control system issues.
- Provide technical support in a 24x7 industrial manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and IT teams to deliver innovative automation solutions.
- Evaluate short- and long-term hardware, software, equipment, and instrumentation needs while recommending cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
✅ Required Skills
- 5 years of experience in Process Control Engineering or Industrial Automation.
- Strong experience with SCADA systems and HMI (Human Machine Interface) applications.
- Knowledge of industrial process control hardware, software, and instrumentation.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or heavy industrial production environments.
- Understanding of industrial networking and LAN communications.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.).
- Experience with process optimization and control system upgrades.
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and industrial cybersecurity is a plus.
