Job Title: ITIL Configuration Manager
Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ
Clearance Level: Secret, Must Have Clearance to Start
Required Certification(s): One of the following certifications prior to start date: SecurityX / CASP , CGRC/CAP, CISSO, Cloud , FITSP-A, GCSA, GSEC, PenTest , Security
\n- Deliver according to agreed service levels, maintain quality, availability, and performance standards.
- Monitor service metrics, manage incidents, and problems escalated to their level, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and customers, understanding requirements (SLAs) and aligning IT services to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with Process Owners and Process Mangers to ensure that ITIL processes supporting the service are executed efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement, implement enhancements, and ensure that lessons learned from incidents or service reviews are applied.
- Lead service reviews, audits, and improvement initiatives to optimize service performance.
