Job Title: Deputy Program Manager
Location: McLean, VA | Virginia Beach, VA
Clearance Level: Secret, Must Have Clearance to Start
Required Certification(s): PMP
\n- Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Integrated Training Systems
- Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
- Program and Personnel Management
- Financial Management
- Risk Management Policies and Assessment
- Successfully managing Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of the Navy (DoN) Contracts/Task Orders of similar size and complexity
- Program Management experience running a large support services contract with multiple Sub-contractors
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and to deliver quality products on time and within budget
- Demonstrated ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control the progress of project work to meet sponsor objectives
- Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse technical workforce consisting of multiple skill sets
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline
- Eight (8) years program management experience with four (4) years of experience managing DoD/DoN programs
- Active PMP certification
- Must be able to travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active Secret clearance at minimum
