Program Manager – HUD (Washington, DC) Clearance Required: MBI / Public Trust / Secret (as applicable)
Certification Required: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Position Overview: Agile Business Concepts LLC is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) to support the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The PM will serve as the Government’s single point-of-contact for this Task Order (TO), responsible for providing technical supervision, leadership, and strategic direction for all Contractor personnel assigned to HUD programs. This role is based in Washington, DC and requires an active clearance and PMP certification. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison with HUD stakeholders, ensuring program objectives are met and deliverables align with agency mission needs.
Provide expert-level oversight and program management for HUD’s BOSS operations centers–related projects.
Manage a portfolio of IT and operations projects, ensuring compliance with Federal guidelines, HUD policies, and contract performance standards.
Lead efforts across the full systems development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, architecture, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
Direct enterprise-wide network engineering initiatives and strategic information planning.
Perform business process analysis to identify efficiencies and implement best practices within HUD environments.
Ensure cost, schedule, and performance targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, escalating issues when required to protect mission-critical systems.
Provide technical leadership and mentor contractor staff, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
Implement effective program management practices, aligned to PMI and Federal guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications (per GSA Program Manager Labor Category)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of program management experience, including at least 5 years managing large-scale Federal IT programs.
Certification: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent – required upon assignment.
Clearance: Must possess an active MBI, Public Trust, or Secret clearance (HUD requirement).
Proven track record in managing IT systems, networks, and enterprise projects for Federal agencies.
