Role Description
The Junior Integration Specialist supports the onboarding and ongoing integration of client
systems into our enterprise SaaS platform. This role is designed for someone early in their
career who is interested in how data moves between systems and wants hands-on exposure to
real-world integrations in a production environment.
You’ll work under the guidance of senior technical staff, helping configure integrations, validate
data, investigate issues, and document how client systems connect to
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and understanding complex systems
- Expertise in Software Implementation and configuring software systems for client requirements
- Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Experience in delivering client training and technical support
- Ability to manage projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of dealership management systems (e.g., DMS, IMS) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist with setting up and maintaining client integrations into the SaaS platform
● Work with client data feeds such as CSV files, APIs, and scheduled imports
● Help validate incoming data for accuracy, completeness, and format
● Support historical data loads and recurring data updates
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
● Monitor integration jobs and alerting dashboards
● Investigate common failures such as missing files, malformed data, or authentication
issues
● Escalate complex problems with clear notes and findings
● Learn how to trace data issues across logs, files, and databases
Documentation & Process
● Document integration steps, assumptions, and client-specific configurations
● Help maintain integration checklists and onboarding guides
● Capture common issues and resolutions to improve future onboarding
● Follow established runbooks and contribute improvements as you learn
Collaboration & Learning
● Work closely with engineering, support, and operations teams
● Participate in client onboarding calls as a technical observer or note-taker
● Learn how business workflows map to technical systems
● Gradually take ownership of simpler integrations as experience grows
● Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support successful integrations
and overall team objectives.
