Position Description
Regeneron is seeking a Temporary HR Operations Specialist to initiate, audit, correct, and troubleshoot employee data in Workday and Oracle. This role is responsible for the quality, integrity, and timely resolution of issues within HR Operations, ensuring accurate core data entry and smooth day-to-day transactions across Workday, Oracle, HireRight, ServiceNow, Graebel, Electronic Data Management, and other HR Ops systems. Roles Responsibilities
- Serve as the final audit point before data entry, aiming for zero errors; log and track process deviations
- Collect and report monthly operations metrics (volume/error rate) across sites
- Partner with payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions, escalating to the Manager HR Ops as needed
- Execute mass data uploads, communications, and onboarding activities as directed
- Act as subject matter expert for HR systems troubleshooting and data quality
- Provide level-one support for end-user business issues, including background check processing
- Analyze data, identify key metrics, and present findings to leadership
- Identify and propose continuous improvement/automation opportunities to the Sr. Manager, HR Ops
- Participate in root cause analysis and lead small-to-mid-size improvement projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/Master's preferred); 5 years of experience in business operations and/or HR systems, including 5 years in one or more HR operational functions
- Strong critical thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort presenting to leadership and large groups
- Proactive, process-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management (IT, Payroll, HRBPs, Recruiters)
- Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, with strong influencing and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Workday and ServiceNow experience preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree (MBA/Master's preferred)
