Job Overview :

As an Entertainment Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing superior support via phone and email. From processing online payments to guiding clients through insurance applications, your goal is to simplify the insurance-buying process.

What does a typical day look like?

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails, assisting clients with insurance-related inquiries.
  • Guide customers through the process of purchasing policies via our online platform.
  • Provide technical support to clients navigating our company websites.
  • Maintain and update client information using our agency management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, internet research, and social media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and systems within a growing organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.

    20-$25 per hour
