- PM Team & Executive Coordination: Partner with Project Managers to review "look-ahead" schedules and identify equipment risks (transformers, power skids). Collaborate with the Director of EV Charging to refine division-wide SOPs.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce a "Safety First" culture. You are responsible for conducting safety audits, ensuring PPE compliance, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
- Utility & Inspection Liaison: Lead the coordination with utility companies and municipal inspectors to ensure the "last mile" of energization happens on time.
Schedule and Travel
We utilize a balanced 1-week rotation to ensure both project oversight and administrative alignment:
- Week A (Field): Travel to regional project sites to lead crews, troubleshoot technical issues, and push production.
- Week B (Office): Based out of our office to coordinate with the PM team, meet with the Director of EV Charging, and prep upcoming project phases.
