We're seeking a Sales Representative to engage our customers in person, deliver service recommendations, and contribute to continued sales growth.
As a Sales Representative, you will introduce our customers to Frontier Fiber Internet and TV while building meaningful relationships in person. From day one, our Sales Representative participates in sales coaching focused on product knowledge, customer needs analysis, and sales practices that prepare them for long-term sales success.
Responsibilities of the Sales Representative
- Take part in sales by engaging consumers in person about Frontier’s fiber internet and TV services, aiming to boost sales.
- Support customers in person by assessing their needs and recommending Frontier’s reliable internet and entertainment packages that suit their lifestyle.
- Assist in simplifying the enrollment process during in-person visits by clearly explaining service benefits and guiding customers through sign-up steps.
- Emphasize Frontier’s speed and extensive TV lineup during sales interactions to persuade customers to subscribe.
- Contribute to sales outreach by sharing information about Frontier’s fiber internet and TV offerings through personal engagement.
- Share best practices with fellow Sales Representatives to enhance in-person sales tactics and broaden Frontier’s reach.
Qualifications of the Sales Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Passionate for sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective in-person customer interactions.
- Eager to learn foundational sales strategies and basic account management.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong daily work ethic.
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
