Core Functions of the Entry Level Sales Assistant
- Assist customers in person in exploring Frontier Fiber Internet and TV services by conducting sales conversations based on usage and lifestyle needs.
- Support customer enrollments in person by reviewing service eligibility, documenting account information, and confirming order details with precision.
- Learn to compare Internet speed tiers, TV packages, and promotional offers in person to recommend the most suitable service solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding available services, installation expectations, and promotional opportunities with professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional Frontier services that increase customer value while supporting overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Sales Assistants to strengthen product expertise, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
