Responsibilities

• Operate and care for company vehicles, equipment, and machines.
• Help Superintendents, Carpenters, and other skilled laborers when necessary.
• Deliver, load, and unload a wide variety of items to different job sites, following a specific route and time schedule.
• Organize field inventory to ensure they are all accounted for and in safe, clean, operating condition.
• Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as barricades.
• Perform site clean-up.
• Ability to operate construction equipment and power tools (i.e. forklifts, skilsaws, sawzalls, jackhammers, etc.)
• Able to work at high elevations and climb ladders
• Various other Supervisors assigned tasks.
  
  

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and insurance.
• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, lift overhead, work at heights, walk/work in rough terrain.
• Must have physical strength, good hand-eye coordination and endurance.
• Basic Inventory knowledge and tracking abilities.
• Must be well organized and work well in a team environment.

Work Hours

• Monday thru Friday eight hours per day, plus overtime, night shifts and weekends as necessary.
• Must be willing to travel to job site, including staying away from home as necessary.
