Responsible for assembling electronic components and wire harnesses. Requires proficiency with Hands-on Class 2 micro-electronics soldering.
Responsibilities
- Solders components for electronic assembly.
- Reads work orders (or receive oral instructions) to determine work assignments and materials needed.
- Follows SOPs (work instructions) to assemble products for Hazard and Grain Bin Monitoring systems.
- Meets productivity and utilization requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technology designation/certification, preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity of both hands and precision finger manipulation.
- Up to 2 years' experience preferred in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on Class 2 micro-electronics soldering experience and proficiency preferred.
- IPC 10/IPC J-STD soldering training / certification preferred.
