Competitive compensation package Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance No cost medical plan option available  Paid training programs Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement  Safety-focused culture  What you will do: You could be based anywhere in the Gulf Region reporting to the HSE Manager Implement key business HSE improvement projects and manage the implementation of global HSE rollouts improvements Maintain legal, regulatory, and certification compliance and implementation of HSE procedures Manage and monitor the process for accident and incident investigations in relation to all incident reports (Accidents and Risks) and follow up on outstanding actions as required Carry out audits in line with the Internal HSE audit schedule and ensure that corrective actions are highlighted and managed Support the revision of HSE Standards and Processes across the business unit Provide proactive support and guidance on all HSE related issues within the business unit Identify relevant HSE training requirements for all affected personnel Implement effective HSE communications and employee consultation Build effective relationships across all functions and line management Maintain the HSE Risk Assessment and associated generic documentation and act as HSE focal point for local issues Able to travel up to 40% throughout the year We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the HSE field 4 to 5 years of Experience required in the Safety field Excellent interpersonal and Leadership skills Management experience of Process Improvement Projects and Implementation required We recruit the best talent.
