The Opportunity
Aggregate Sports is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to help drive sponsorship and media revenue growth across our expanding portfolio of sports and entertainment properties.
This is a unique opportunity to work across a diverse collection of nationally recognized sports properties, representing assets that include nationally televised programming, digital and social media platforms, experiential activations, hospitality programs, naming rights opportunities, and integrated sponsorship platforms.
The successful candidate will work directly with company leadership and play a meaningful role in shaping business development strategy while building relationships with senior decision-makers at leading brands and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting to identify brand targets and corporate decision makers
- Engaging in dialogue and establishing relationships with relevant client and agency contacts
- Taking a consultative and creative approach to the sales process that allows for the development of meaningful and effective partnership platforms with client objectives in mind
- Preparing and presenting sales materials that showcase the value proposition of our properties and thoughtfully connect our offerings with client objectives
- Effectively expressing and communicating the value and benefits of Aggregate Sports’ property offerings
- Collaborating with sales managers to establish, track, and exceed revenue goals
- Closing business on behalf of our represented properties
- Constantly working towards the long-term growth of client partnerships
- Supervising the post-sale process and coordination of deliverables
Ideal Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, sports marketing, advertising sales, business development, or a related field
- Demonstrated success generating revenue and building meaningful client relationships
- Understanding of the sponsorship, media, sports, and entertainment landscape
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative partnership solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute beyond a traditional sales role
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with brands, agencies, media companies, sports properties, leagues, teams, or rights holders is preferred
- Knowledge of media planning, television ratings, audience measurement, and sponsorship valuation is a plus
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Ability to travel as needed several times per year, including occasionally on weekends
- This role is preferably based in New York City, however we are open to a remote arrangement for the right candidate
Compensation and Benefits:
- $65,000 - $110,000 annual base salary, commensurate with experience, plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonus compensation
