What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Teacher position at Ages and Stages Child Care Center, LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting, such as nannying, babysitting, or classroom management
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
