Medical Billing Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Home Health and Hospice submission of NOA/NOE and final bills
- Billing Private pay copays
- Daily bank deposits and lockbox postings
- Tracking and follow up on claims processing and error correction
- Managing the Accounts Receivable (A/R) process
- Solving payment transaction discrepancies
- Communicating with insurance companies
- Experience in healthcare is required; Home Health and Hospice experience is a high priority
- Comprehensive knowledge of billing Medicare/HMO insurances is a high priority
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
