Age Right Care at Home provides Home Care, Home Health and Hospice services to the Portland-metro area.
Position Highlights
- Lead Home Health operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to the community served
- Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations to maintain effective and efficient service delivery
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and agency standards
- Oversee financial management of agency operations in coordination with the Administrator of AgeRight Care at Home
- Implement and ensure agency policies and procedures are developed and followed
- Recruit, hire and retain qualified personnel to maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Establish and maintain effective communication among leadership and staff
- Partner with the Clinical Manager to ensure clinical staff have access to current clinical information, training and best practices
- Monitor and lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality of care and operational efficiency
- Support staff development through orientation, training, continuing education and performance evaluations
- Ensure services are provided according to regulations, policies and procedures
- Create relationships with the community-at-large, such as nursing facilities, retirement centers, physicians, hospital staff and discharge planners, in an effort to create referrals for AgeRight Care at Home
- Participate and engage in local organizations and add value to others by making presentations and providing education on Home Health when requested
- Assist in external marketing efforts
- Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Home Health agency experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrated an ability to supervise and direct professional, administrative and clinical personnel.
- Knowledgeable in business management, governmental regulations and CHAP standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
