Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
Responsibilities:
- Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based clinical programs and pathways to ensure optimal patient outcomes
