Responsibilities
- Build targeted lead lists based on industry, role, company size, and ideal customer profile
- Research companies and decision-makers across target accounts
- Use Apollo.io and Clay to source, enrich, segment, and qualify leads
- Validate contact data and improve lead quality before outreach
- Support outbound sales and marketing campaigns through account research and list preparation
- Identify new lead sources, workflows, and enrichment strategies to improve pipeline
generation
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and spreadsheets
- Track lead generation metrics such as contacts sourced, qualified leads, reply rates, and meetings booked
- Work closely with the founder to test and refine lead generation strategies
- Continuously experiment with new approaches to improve targeting and conversion

- Sales engagement and enrichment tools
Requirements
- Clay experience is a must
- Familiarity with Apollo.io for lead generation and contact research
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, lead generation, or revenue operations
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong research, organizational, and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, structured data, and contact lists
- Able to move quickly and execute in a startup environment with minimal hand-holding
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or project experience in lead generation, SDR/BDR work, growth, or sales operations
- Experience building prospect lists for B2B outreach
- Familiarity with CRM hygiene and contact enrichment workflows
- Interest in AI, enterprise software, SaaS, or B2B technology
- Curiosity about using automation and AI tools to improve GTM execution
