Agentic is building a new model for AI-enabled strategy and transformation.
We combine senior advisory work, our Continuum platform, and a network of specialist implementation partners to help leadership teams move from AI ambition to measurable execution.
The founding team brings experience from Accenture Strategy, Deloitte, enterprise transformation, analytics, AI, pharma, life sciences, and complex technology delivery. Agentic has already delivered client work across areas such as market monitoring, document intelligence, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled business processes.
With Continuum, we are rethinking how strategy and transformation work is delivered. Our approach combines AI-supported discovery, structured analysis, expert judgment, and ongoing transformation oversight to help clients move faster from strategic ambition to practical execution.
We are looking for a Go-to-Market Lead to help establish Agentic in North America.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a builder: someone with strong enterprise access, commercial credibility, and the ambition to help shape an early-stage company from the ground up.
The right person understands enterprise transformation, can open senior conversations, and knows how to turn strategic interest into concrete client opportunities.
What you’ll do
- Build Agentic’s North American go-to-market strategy.
- Open relationships with enterprise leaders, transformation executives, private equity firms, and strategic partners.
- Convert senior conversations into project opportunities.
- Help position Agentic and Continuum in the market.
- Support proposals, pricing, partnerships, and client development.
- Work directly with the founder to shape the commercial direction of the company.
Who we’re looking for
- Senior commercial, consulting, enterprise software, AI, transformation, data, or technology services background.
- Existing access to senior decision-makers in North America.
- Experience building new markets, practices, business units, or client portfolios.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment without corporate infrastructure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to create opportunities rather than wait for them.
