Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, setup, and execution of promotional events
- Support event logistics including materials, scheduling, and coordination
- Represent the company professionally at local events and campaigns
- Help maintain event materials and branding consistency
- Track event participation and assist with performance reporting
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
- Support post-event breakdown and follow-up tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous event or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
