What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vehicle Title Assistant position at Agent For Montana Titles?
Summary:
Our business registers motor vehicles. I am looking for a person to assist with creating title documents to process registrations. Also tracking on-going title work, and assisting with client emails.
Title agents acts as a liaison between the business and the customer. They provide information and resolve any issues that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. A person in this role must be patient, empathetic, and communicate clearly and concisely. This role requires problem-solving and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Completing necessary title forms for each client.
Contact clients to inquire about renewals.
Assist with answering incoming calls and inquiries. Handle customer questions and attempt to resolves any issues or problems that arise.
Manage and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Filing of customer paperwork (paper & digital)
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Proven customer service experience and knowledge including conflict resolution and de-escalation. Passionate about supporting customers.
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Strong active listening skills.
Has a professional, pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
Ability to be detail oriented and follow established workflow systems.
Ability to work independently and problem solve, know when to ask others for assistance.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Reliable and consistent attendance and work performance.
Experience with Mac Operating systems, and QuickBooks preferred.
Willingness to take on new tasks and duties, learn new systems to support business
functions and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Two years of experience as an
administrative assistant dealing with customer service is preferred.
Physical Environment and Demands:
Work is performed in a casual office setting, sharing space with other employees. Work is performed on a computer, basic office equipment, and on a phone.
Regular hours of operations 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Based on business demand, this role may function as full time working 40 hours a week or part time ranging from 20-36 hours a week.
