Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional support.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client services.
- Promote sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer support or client services role is preferred. Texas Insurance License would be greatly preferred
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our service capabilities.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus, as well as experience in cash handling.
