Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home health Aide to provide high-quality healthcare services to the individual in their home.
Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols through G tube
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
- Uphold resident rights by maintaining confidentiality and respecting the dignity of the individual.
- Full assist of all daily living activities
- Gtube / Feeding pump experience
- Hoyer lift experience
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
Experience
- Previous experience with Intellectual and Developmental Disability individuals preferred.
- Background check, fingerprints(if lived out of State of Pa past 3 yrs) and online trainings.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols.
- Experience in caregiving with an understanding of resident rights and ethical considerations in patient care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with individual and family.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
