After-Hours Operations Coordinator (Friday–Monday)

We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced After-Hours Operations Coordinator to support our evening and weekend operations.

This role requires excellent customer service, 100% attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to stay calm while managing urgent client requests. The right person must be highly responsive, professional, organized, and committed to making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Important: If you do not have restoration, mitigation, dispatch, environmental testing, or field-service coordination experience, please do not apply. This experience is required for this position.

The Testing Agency provides environmental inspection and testing services for restoration companies. Our clients depend on us to coordinate inspections quickly, communicate clearly, and keep jobs moving, especially after hours and on weekends.

- Compensation

Expected annual gross compensation: $54,000–$60,000/year

Expected schedule: Approximately 44 hours/week
Additional on-call opportunities may be available

- Schedule

Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PST
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PST
Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST
Tuesday–Thursday: Off

This is active working coverage during the scheduled hours. Weekend volume is typically lighter than normal business hours, and volume usually drops later in the day. However, availability is crucial. This person must remain fully available and responsive through our closing time of 10:00 PM PST to receive new jobs, respond to urgent client requests, log details accurately, support technicians, and ensure proper handoff for follow-up.

After approximately 8:00 PM PST, the role is generally focused more on monitoring, receiving and logging new requests, confirming urgent details, and preparing accurate handoffs rather than actively scheduling non-urgent jobs.

- Required Experience

Applicants must have experience in at least one of the following:

✔ Restoration or mitigation industry
✔ Environmental testing or inspection coordination
✔ Dispatch or scheduling for a field-service company
✔ Vendor or technician coordination
✔ Operations support in a fast-paced service business

Additional requirements:

✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends
✔ Comfortable handling urgent requests and client escalations
✔ Ability to manage multiple jobs, messages, and moving pieces at once

- Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary operational contact during evenings and weekends

Coordinate after-hours and weekend inspection requests

Make independent scheduling and deployment decisions

Communicate with clients, vendors, technicians, homeowners, and internal team members

Handle urgent service requests and client escalations

Maintain accurate job notes and client/job data in our system

Monitor active jobs and make sure nothing is missed

Follow up quickly on open items, pending responses, and scheduling updates

Support technicians and maintain operational continuity outside normal business hours
