What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at Agency Specialists Insurance - Mexico?
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our insurance team. This position is responsible for taking incoming customer calls, greeting clients in the office, handling payments, providing information about our insurance products and services and performing normal CSR office duties. The ideal candidate will be well versed in the office environment, be able to speak with customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner and be familiar with all of our product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.
- Have office experience and basic computer knowledge.
- Be able to work with a team.
- Use good judgment when dealing with customers, vendors, co-workers and the general public.
- Accurately handle customer payments.
- Create customer requests for products or services.
