Licensed Insurance Producer

Agency Management Solutions is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Insurance Producer. As an Insurance Producer, you’ll work directly with a wide range of customers and business owners and provide tailored insurance solutions. You’ll be responsible for offering various lines of personal and commercial lines coverage, including general liability, commercial property, workers’ comp, professional liability, and more.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Must thrive on binding new business and motivated to hit production goals.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
• Prospecting and generating new business.
• Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their goals.
• Attend industry events to network and build relationships.
• Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• 2-3 years of experience as a licensed producer required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
