What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Agency GWL?
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional design experience to join our creative team. Experience working at an advertising agency, marketing agency, creative studio, or similar fast-paced environment is required.
You’ll work on a wide variety of client projects, including full branding packages, visual identities, digital and social media creative, print, and advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities- Develop logos, brand identities, and full branding packages
- Create digital, social media, print, and advertising creative
- Collaborate closely with brand managers and the Creative Director
- Translate client goals and brand strategy into strong visual concepts
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative
- Learn and follow automotive advertising requirements and client-specific guidelines
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Take feedback and make revisions efficiently
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Experience at an advertising agency, marketing agency, creative studio, or similar environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and advertising work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proficiency in Canva
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new industries, guidelines, and requirements
- Experience with Monday.com
- After Effects simple animations
- Photography skills
