Salary Range: $21.50/hr. $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!
Location: On-Site at our Juvenile Assessment Center.

What You'll be Doing?
- Determines appropriate client services through collaboration with Eligibility Screeners and review of the Needs Assessment.
- Connects clients to appropriate provider within the network based on individual client needs.
- Coordinates all required reports and services with HCSO, court partners, Hillsborough County as needed.
- Processes and tracks all new-law-violations until disposition by the court.
- Completes all required forms and reports within the required time frame.
- Completes documentation within required time frame.
- Connects clients to appropriate activities based on individual client needs.
- Provide Case Management services in the community.
- Transport Clients in ACTS Vehicle, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What is Required?
- Bachelor's degree plus one year of behavioral health experience
- Valid Florida Driver License.
- Ability to pass Federal, State, Local Law and Level 2 background clearances.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift and carry.
