Why This Role Matters:
As a Revenue Analyst, you’ll manage the revenue-to-cash cycle, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and reporting across our communities. Your work will directly support financial health, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for managed locations.
- Produce timely and accurate financial reports aligned with business goals.
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead and manage resident billing, including base rent, level of care, and ancillary charges.
- Ensure billing aligns with service agreements, eMAR, and pricing.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, credits, and refunds.
- Monitor collections and recommend strategies to reduce past-due accounts.
- Drive adoption of ACH payments to improve cash flow predictability.
- Communicate with government or third-party payers (LTC, Medicaid) to ensure collections.
- Recommend action plans to community leadership and corporate finance teams.
- Contribute to improvements in billing, collections, and reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Familiarity with RealPage, Netsuite, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
