We are seeking a polished, driven and compassionate Client Experience Manager to guide prospective patients from their initial inquiry through consultation, treatment selection and scheduling.

This is primarily a sales-focused position for high-value cosmetic surgery procedures. The ideal candidate is an exceptional relationship builder who can confidently discuss financial commitments, address concerns, follow up consistently, and convert qualified inquiries into scheduled procedures—while ensuring every patient feels informed, respected, and supported.

Key Responsibilities

·     Schedule in-person and virtual consultations with prospective clients.

·     Clearly explain procedures, pricing, financing options, scheduling and next steps.

·     Respond to qualified leads within 5 minutes of their acquisition.

·     Complete 100-125 patient calls per day.

·     Convert qualified leads and consultations into booked procedures.

·     Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients. Re-engage undecided leads and nurture longer-term opportunities.

·     Collect deposits and coordinate financing and payment arrangements.

·     Maintain accurate lead, consultation and sales records in the practice CRM.

·     Collaborate with surgeons, clinical staff and front-office team members.

What We’re Looking For

·     Strong closing, objection-handling and follow-up skills.

·     Warm, confident, polished and professional communication.

·     Organized, responsive and accountable for measurable results.

·     Strong CRM, phone, email and text communication skills.

Preferred background: Plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, aesthetics, luxury services, elective healthcare, dental treatment coordination, medical devices or another premium consumer-sales environment.

·     Monthly booked and collected revenue

·     Lead response time and follow-up consistency                      

·     Deposit and financing completion

·     Patient satisfaction and service quality                                     

·     CRM accuracy and pipeline management

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base hourly salary plus performance-based commission or bonus. Compensation is designed to reward strong conversion, revenue growth, excellent follow-up and an outstanding patient experience. Compensation up to $85,000 with strong sales performance.
