Position Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with prospective customers to identify security needs, present tailored solutions, and solidify proposals. This is a full-time, performance-based role designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently while being supported by management.
Training is self-paced and supervised, allowing individuals to progress as they demonstrate readiness and understanding of the sales process and products.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective customers to assess security needs
- Present and explain security system options clearly and professionally
- Finalize solutions and complete required documentation accurately
- Maintain consistent activity and performance standards
- Represent Ageint Security with professionalism and integrity
- Follow established sales processes and compliance guidelines
Compensation Details
- Base pay provided, plus commission
- Annual earning potential of $26,000–$80,000, depending on performance
- Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed
Training & Support
- Self-paced, supervised training program
- Ongoing coaching and support from management
- Continued development opportunities based on performance
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation and current vehicle insurance (required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be 18 years of age or older
