NOW HIRING – CNC Machine Operators!!!!!
Elgin, IL
We are currently hiring CNC Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for candidates with machine operator, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their skills in CNC machining.
No extensive CNC experience required — training is available for motivated and dependable candidates!
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC production machines
- Load raw materials and keep machines running efficiently
- Perform basic machine setups and product changeovers
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers (preferred but not required)
- Perform minor troubleshooting and report machine issues
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
