Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician – Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team. In this role, you'll work on modern manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and help improve equipment reliability across our facility.

What You'll Do
No two days are exactly alike. You'll be responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, minimizing downtime, and helping improve the reliability of our production operation.
Mechanical Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, sprockets, and power transmission equipment
- Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repairs
- Support equipment installations and plant improvement projects
Electrical & Controls
- Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V
- Diagnose motor controls, VFDs, relays, and contactors
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated production systems
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Preventive Maintenance
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
- Complete maintenance work orders accurately
- Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures
- Recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability
Safety
- Follow OSHA safety standards
- Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for technicians who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and taking ownership of keeping equipment operating at its best.
Preferred Experience
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motors, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Food manufacturing or packaging experience is helpful but not required
Leadership Opportunities

Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout the shift
- Work safely around industrial machinery and electrical equipment
