Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to join our private practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various medical specialties, including Internal medicine, primary care and post-acute care. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient settings, with a focus on health coaching, and disease management. The Physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions while ensuring exceptional patient service.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide comprehensive care in areas such as internal medicine, primary care and post-acute care, as well as geriatric care.
- Collaborate with team to provide quality care..
- Offer health coaching to patients, guiding them in lifestyle changes and preventive measures.
- Manage inpatient cases effectively, ensuring timely interventions and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest medical practices and advancements relevant to the specialties practiced.
Experience
- A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Board certification in relevant specialties is preferred.
- Proven experience in internal medicine, primary care, geriatric care and post- acute care.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient service and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Experience in health coaching is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Pay: $110.00 - $120.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
